## Usage and important notes

**Always HTML, not PDF.** The response has `Content-Type: text/html`; the source explicitly says no binary PDF is generated and no download `Content-Disposition` is set. The HTML format follows the prior `labelId`. Open it in a browser or an appropriately isolated iframe, print from the browser, or perform HTML-to-PDF conversion in your own system if a PDF is needed. Treat returned HTML as external content, not trusted markup for your application.

Use `Accept: text/html` and both authentication headers. The presigned path still has an expiry. Use the same TMS Partner server.
